To use the Sonicare toothbrush get out your Sonicare toothbrush, toothpaste and some water in a glass. Apply just a small amount of toothpaste around half an inch long onto the toothbrush. Run some water on your brush head This allows for enhanced brushing.
You should then manually brush the top side of your molar teeth, which are the 3 wide teeth located on the sides and found between the canines and wisdom teeth. You should also run the toothbrush all over the remaining teeth and the whole of your mouth. This will enable you to evenly spread the toothpaste in your mouth, which will ensure that you are better able to clean your mouth. Next, turn on your Sonicare toothbrush by pressing the small circular button on its handle. This will enable the device to instantly turn on and begin to vibrate. You should then move the brush head around your teeth and all over your mouth. Ensure that you spend at least three seconds per quadrant of your mouth, as you run the vibrating brush around your whole mouth.
Continue brushing even after you finish running the toothbrush over your whole mouth. Ensure that you repeat this process which will only end once the electric toothbrush stops by itself. Sonicare toothbrushes will typically stop after two to two and a half minutes although this period may vary depending on your pre-programmed settings. In order to avoid stressing your mouth, you may opt for the beginner settings whose duration is typically one minute. However, if you have not yet completed having the toothbrush run over your whole mouth, simply turn on the Sonicare toothbrush once again and repeat the cycle. You should then wash the brush head with some running water to rinse it off. You may do this after brushing and gargling water in your mouth to rinse off as well. After you have washed your Sonicare toothbrush, dry it using a dry towel or tissue and then position it on its rechargeable base.
